TURKISH AIRLINES offers their passengers a new service - free accommodation at the hotel "Stopover in Istanbul" program, starts from June 1, 2017.
The basic rules of the service:
- Free accommodation is available for flights departing from Kazakhstan and arriving to Americas (USA, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Panama, Cuba), UK, Schengen countries, in Middle East: to Tel Aviv, Dubai, Doha, Bahrein, in Africa: to Durban, Cape Town and Johanesburg.
- Free accommodation is available for round-trip tickets with the departure from Kazakhstan (ALA and TSE). Free accommodation can be used once on the outbound or return journey. (*Only 1 stopover).
- Free accommodation is available for tickets issued from June 1st, 2017
- The passenger will cover visa fees, transfer from the airport to the hotel and back, meal and other expences in Istanbul if any.
- Free accommodation is available to passengers with a stopover lasting 20 hours or more.
- If stopover lasts more than 24 hours passenger should collect his luggage upon arrival to Istanbul.
- Free accommodation is available for flights operated by Turkish Airlines. Passengers can take advantage of free accommodation using their ticket number.
- Maximum stay for the citizens of Kazakhstan in Turkey is 30 days.
- Free hotel accommodation in Istanbul for 1 Night will be provided for the passengers travelling in economy class and for 2 nights for the passengers travelling in busıness class section.
- The hotel reservation must be done prior to the flight after the issuance of the ticket. The vaucher will be issued by Almaty Turkish Airlines employees.
