The applicant for a visa to India shall have a foreign passport, valid for at least 6 months after the expiry of the visa.
Visa applications can be submitted in person or through an agent. All applications are made on the official standard application form with personal signature of the applicant only after the payment of consular fees. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry.

The cost of tourist visas for three months for the citizens of Kazakhstan - 6600 tenge, and for one year - 10100 tenge, business visa up to 6 months. - 19000 tenge, business visas valid for 1 year - 19000 tenge.
For citizens of the US: travel visa 11300 tenge, business visa - 26800 tenge.
For the citizens of the UK, the Netherlands: Travel visa - 7800 tenge, business visa - 25650 tenge.
