Visa applications can be submitted in person or through an agent. All applications are made on the official standard application form with personal signature of the applicant by appointment only, and after paying the consular fee. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry.
The documents are issued in person, formalities shall be fulfilled in Almaty.
Documents required for a visa to Poland:
Business visa:
Application (to be filled on the website of the Embassy). You can register and fill out the visa application form online at https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl, as well as on the website of the Consulate http://almaty.msz.gov.pl, in the e-Konsulat tab (where you can find all the information on e-filing and registration of visa applications).
2 photographs (3.5x 4.5) cm on a light background
passport, copy of passport (the passport shall have at least 2 free pages for pasting the visa; the date of issue shall not exceed a period of more than 10 years, be sure to specify the IIN)
the original and the copy of the invitation
a cover letter from the company (who bears all the costs of travel, food, accommodation, insurance)
Medical insurance (original and copy), valid in the territory of the Schengen area with an insurance cover 30 000 EUR, in the case of a single or double entry visa insurance should cover the entire period (s) of stay, in the case of a multiple entry visa - for the first planned trip

A certificate from the bank on the availability of funds in the card account (the amount required to be set in dollars or euros) or traveler's checks at the rate of 50 euros per day per person

If the child is traveling with one parent, you shall obtain notarized permission from the other parent to travel with the child, as well as a birth certificate and marriage certificate of parents.

Documents issued: from 14.00 to 15.00 on Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri
Processing time: 7-10 working days
Cost: visa fee of 60 EUR (payment only in euro), services of GLOBAL AIR - AMERICAN EXPRESS 5000 KZT. In case of refusal or revocation of a visa, application fee and payment for services of GLOBAL AIR - AMERICAN EXPRESS shall not be refunded. The size of the consular fee may vary at the discretion of the Embassy.
